REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All items sold by Making Shadows are custom-made and printed on demand. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict no-return, no-refund policy except in cases of defective or damaged items.
No Returns or Refunds We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. To report a problem:

- Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
We will review your claim and, if verified, provide a replacement item at no additional cost. You will be required to destroy the defective item and provide photo proof before a replacement is shipped.

What We Don't Cover
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by customer
- Normal wear and tear
Processing Time Approved replacement requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
