SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Making Shadows! We want you to know what to expect when you place an order with us.

Processing Time

All items are custom-made and printed on demand. Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the specific product ordered and current order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We work with multiple fulfillment partners to create and ship your custom products. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Processing time: 3-7 business days
Shipping time: 5-14 business days
Total time from order to arrival: 8-21 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the specific product and fulfillment location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Some products may qualify for free shipping to select destinations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing or clearance (for cross-border shipments)
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Events outside our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is shipped and transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at makingshadows.art@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been processed and shipped.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at makingshadows.art@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
